Dear Jason,

Just wanted to write to thank you and Nikkie for everything you did for nan's funeral. It was a difficult time and you made every step of it easy for me, from the bewildered call asking what i did next to the day itself. You all showed total professionalism and utmost respect. The small touches you carried out made what was an emotional day one that now brings comfort. I can not thank you enough.

You will appreciate that as a G.P. I have had many dealings, over the years, with Funeral Directors.
